I grew up in southeast Calgary skating on the lake in winter and biking the Fish Creek pathways in summer. Today I help families buy and sell single-family homes across the city, with a particular focus on Calgary's lake and gated communities.
Before real estate, I spent several years in residential construction, so I look at homes with a builder's eye: foundations, roofs, mechanical systems and the small details that affect value. My clients count on me for straight answers, careful negotiation and steady communication from the first conversation to possession day.
