Arbour Lake is the northwest's best-known lake community, giving residents on the north side of the city their own private lake. Development started in 1992.
The community has a resident beach, a clubhouse, fishing and winter skating, and sits close to the Crowfoot shopping area and Crowfoot LRT station. Homes are mostly single-family houses from the 1990s and 2000s, and the Rockies are an easy drive west.
